These Terms and Conditions govern enrolment, payments, participation, class scheduling, cancellations and refunds for all training programmes offered under Kreate Coach.

By registering for a programme and making the applicable payment, students acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the following terms.

1. COURSE MATERIAL & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All presentations, training materials, videos, assignments, worksheets, recordings and other educational resources provided by Kreate Coach are the intellectual property of Kreate Coach or their respective owners.

Students are permitted to use these resources solely for personal educational purposes.

Without prior written permission, students shall not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials.
• Share paid course content with third parties.
• Record or circulate live training sessions.
• Use course materials for commercial training or teaching purposes.
• Upload or publish course content on public platforms.

Unauthorised sharing or commercial use may result in appropriate action under applicable law.

2. CERTIFICATION POLICY

Certificates, wherever applicable, shall be issued subject to the student’s successful completion of the programme requirements.

These may include:

• Attendance requirements.
• Completion of assignments.
• Participation in practical activities.
• Successful completion of assessments or evaluations.

Enrolment or payment of fees alone does not guarantee certification.

3. INTERNSHIP & TEACHING OPPORTUNITIES

Certain Kreate Coach programmes may include internship opportunities, practical exposure or potential teaching assignments.

Such opportunities are subject to:

• Successful completion of the training programme.
• Performance evaluation.
• Practical teaching ability.
• Professional conduct and consistency.
• Availability of suitable opportunities within the organisation.

Participation in a training programme does not guarantee employment, placement, internship selection or a teaching assignment.

Any such opportunity will be offered separately based on eligibility, performance and organisational requirements.

4. COMMUNICATION & NOTIFICATIONS

Official communication regarding class schedules, rescheduling, programme updates, payments and other administrative matters may be shared through registered email addresses, WhatsApp numbers or other communication channels provided by the student.

Students are responsible for keeping their contact details updated and checking official communications regularly.

5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable laws, any disputes, claims or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the services, programmes, payments or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dwarka, New Delhi, provided that such courts otherwise have territorial and legal jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing contained in this clause shall restrict or exclude any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian laws, including the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

6. POLICY ACCEPTANCE & AMENDMENTS

By completing the enrolment process and making payment, students acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Kreate Coach reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to its policies when required. Any material changes will be communicated through the official website or other appropriate communication channels.

Such amendments shall not retrospectively prejudice rights already accrued to enrolled students.
